A Host on Stayza is an individual or business that lists an accommodation for travellers. Hosts are essential to our community — they create memorable experiences for guests by offering safe, comfortable, and authentic places to stay.
Whether you manage a lodge, guesthouse, or private apartment, becoming a host allows you to connect with travellers across Zambia and beyond while earning income through your property.
As a Host, you agree to:
Stayza maintains a respectful and trusted community. Hosts must:
Hosts must clearly specify their cancellation policies. If a host cancels a confirmed booking, it may negatively affect their listing’s ranking and credibility. Stayza reserves the right to withhold payouts or impose penalties for repeated cancellations.
Hosts receive payouts directly from Stayza after the guest’s check-in date, minus applicable platform fees or taxes. Payment processing may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
Guests may leave reviews after their stay. These reviews are public and influence your visibility on the platform. Maintain good communication and hospitality to encourage positive feedback.
Failure to comply with hosting standards or repeated guest complaints may result in temporary or permanent account suspension. Listings found to violate local laws or platform policies will be removed without notice.
Stayza is dedicated to supporting its hosts. We provide secure payments, transparent booking tools, and dedicated customer support to help you succeed as a hospitality partner.
